NCFF Bodybuilding and Fitness News: I'm a former dance teacher,choreographer. I became a figure competitor in 2011. Currently I have 4 pro cards in an all natural organization. my Husband is a Previous Bally's sales manager, been in fitness for over 32 years. We coach and train team members and individual client preparing for competition. together we have over 50 years of Training, coaching and nutrition.
