Figure Posing and do's and Dont'sss

My Weight Loss and Figure Competitions Journey

I want to tell my story of weight loss. By hard work and physical training I Loss 60 lbs. preparing for a Figure competition. My story Started in 1/2011, I was very ill with a stomach acid reflux problem that gave me symptoms of tingling down my right arm, burning in the top of my head, and weight loss. I was always tired, and almost suffering  depression. My doctor couldn't find the cause of my symptoms. After 2 and half month of research and tests I was not getting better. Most days I didn't want to get out of my bed in the morning. I was thinking of ending my life if I didn't get better. I had an exploratory test done with a camera going down my stomach to find any signs of ulcers or whatever! The results were negative they couldn't find the cause. I was desperate! my husband was a previous physical trainer and asked me to change my eating, and start training again. I began to feel better and stronger. I cut off, sauce, ketchup, coffee, pain killers, juices, alcohol, etc. by June 2011 I was feeling better but I was still paranoid that the illness would return. I walked around with acid pills, and anything else just in case my symptom's came back. My husband took it 1 step further! He convinced me to begin training for a figure competition in 8/2011. I trained 6 to 7 days a week. 4 days out of the weeks I trained 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night. I purchased a training  program and diet from a great figure coach (Terry Stokes). He gave my husband and I all the knowledge of how to prepared for a figure show. He saved my life!!! The course was hard the training was Amazing. I began to develop a physique that I didn't know I had. I competed in the show, won The 40 and over class, the 35 and over class, masters overall, and 2nd in the entire figure class. I continued to train in 2012, I participated in 9 shows. won 1st in many and came 2nd and 3rd in others. Today in 2013 I have 2 pro cards; I even managed to be on the home page of the OCB bodybuilding organization for a while! Most local shows use my pictures to promote shows, I have 16 amateur videos running on you tube. 1 have a good following In both You tube and face book. I'm no longer paranoid, I’m not ill and or think about being ill. I'm 42 soon to be 43 year old Mother of 2, married and living a great healthy life. I will attach my URL as proof of my story. Http://youyu.be/jxi6lzx1ldo, the video shows my weight loss and transformation.

This is a video of my journey, and how I became a figure competitor. After a strange illness that
lasted about 6 months, with no answers to the cause, and several doctor visits. I decided to take control and change my life. I took matters into my own hands, by changing my eating, my training, listening to motivational speaking, cutting wine, coffee, acidic foods, sugars etc. After several months, and a significant  weight loss my husband convinced me to train and diet for a figure competition on 12/2011. This is the story of my journey on video.
